Grobogan Regency and Bank Jateng launch e-retribution system

The Grobogan Regency Government has launched an e-retribution system for market management in collaboration with Bank Jateng. This digital initiative aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in managing regional revenues through non-cash transactions.

The system has been implemented across seven local markets: Pasar Pagi, Pasar Induk Purwodadi, Pasar Agro Hortikultura, Pasar Glendoh, Pasar Danyang, Pasar Tuko, and Pasar Tegowanu. Head of the Grobogan Industry and Trade Office, Pradana Setyawan, noted that electronic recording of transactions will facilitate better supervision and strengthen regional income management.

This expansion follows a pilot project initiated in 2023 at Pasar Nglejok. Cahya Imanuddin Firmansyah, Head of Bank Jateng's Purwodadi Branch, stated that the collaboration supports the digitalization of public services and the implementation of Regional Government Transaction Electronification (ETPD), ultimately benefiting local traders and supporting regional original income (PAD).
