Grou Mobyl celebrates five years of community transport service

Grou Mobyl is celebrating its fifth anniversary with the official introduction of a new vehicle. The service, launched by UVV Grou on October 1, 2021, provides transportation for residents with limited mobility to assist with essential tasks such as grocery shopping, medical appointments, and social visits.

Since its inception, the service has grown significantly, increasing from approximately 1,000 trips per year to more than 4,000 annual trips. Currently, over one hundred regular clients utilize the service, which is made possible by a large group of volunteers who manage both telephone reservations and transportation.
