Group 4+ announces 45th anniversary art exhibition in Iași

The Union of Plastic Artists of Romania – Iași Branch has announced a group exhibition titled ‘Aniversare 45 de ani – Promoția 1981’ (45th Anniversary – Class of 1981). The project marks the 45th anniversary of the graduation of the ‘Group 4+’, a collective of four classmates specializing in Graphics from the ‘Octav Băncilă’ Art High School in Iași.

The group members include Dumitru D. Bostan, Mihail Gavril, Niculai Moroșan, and Mihail Voicu. This exhibition concludes a touring series that previously included stops in Sibiu and Bistrița-Năsăud.

The final exhibition will be held at the ‘Octav Băncilă’ Art Gallery in Iași from September 10 to September 20, 2026. The event will feature painting and graphics, with guest appearances by several other artists from the same graduation class.
