Growth Partners and Manabine partner to support foreign talent in Japan

Growth Partners and the free language exchange platform Manabine have entered into a business partnership to support the recruitment and long-term retention of foreign talent in Japan. The collaboration aims to address labor shortages by providing an integrated support system that covers recruitment, Japanese language learning before arrival, and lifestyle support after arrival.

Through Growth Partners' networks in countries such as Bangladesh, Myanmar, Nepal, and Indonesia, the initiative will facilitate the selection and introduction of motivated workers. By utilizing Manabine, foreign employees can practice Japanese through online conversation and build social connections with Japanese citizens, which is intended to prevent isolation and encourage stable employment.
