Grubišno Polje celebrates City Day with major infrastructure projects
Grubišno Polje celebrated its City Day with a formal session of the City Council to review recent achievements and present future development projects. Local officials highlighted significant investments aimed at improving the quality of life for residents.
Mayor Zlatko Pavičić detailed several key projects, most notably a new center for the elderly valued at over 11 million euros. This facility is designed to provide accommodation for more than 100 users, with additional support services available for those outside the center.
City Council President Zlatko Mađeruh emphasized the importance of utilizing the city's natural resources, specifically water, to foster future development and energy independence. Discussions also addressed demographic challenges, the status of young people, and the necessity of community unity.
