Grudziądz police officers complete specialized intervention training
Preventive service officers in Grudziądz recently completed a five-day specialized training program focused on managing unpredictable interventions. The training covered the legal use of direct coercion and firearms, as well as essential first aid skills, specifically techniques for controlling intense bleeding.
Practical exercises were a major component of the course, where officers practiced tactics for dealing with aggressive individuals, those experiencing mental health issues, or those under the influence of psychoactive substances. The training also included techniques for securing intervention sites, immobilizing and transporting aggressive persons, and conducting safe interventions within indoor environments.
