Grupa Żabka and Valiuz announce leadership changes in Poland

Grupa Żabka has announced leadership changes within its subsidiaries. Maciej Nowakowski, formerly the CEO of Lite e-Commerce, has been appointed as the new head of Maczfit. Zuzanna Dębowska, previously the Chief Operating Officer, has taken over the role of CEO at Lite e-Commerce, effectively combining her previous responsibilities with her new position.

In a separate development, the French retail media company Valiuz has appointed Magdalena Wójcik as its Country General Manager in Poland. Wójcik, who brings 20 years of experience from companies including Żabka and Modivo, will be based in Warsaw. Her mandate includes executing local growth strategies, expanding the omnichannel advertising ecosystem, and building the Polish team. Valiuz intends to use Poland as a base for further expansion into Central and Eastern Europe.
