Grupa Pracuj reports profit growth driven by AI and Ukrainian market

Grupa Pracuj, a Polish HR-tech provider, reported strong financial results for the second quarter of 2026. The company achieved a consolidated net profit of 67 million PLN, representing a 20 percent year-on-year increase. Consolidated revenues exceeded 216 million PLN, up 6 percent compared to the previous year, driven largely by a 10 percent rise in recruitment service revenues from platforms such as Pracuj.pl in Poland and Robota.ua in Ukraine.

Ukraine remains the company’s fastest-growing market, with revenues reaching 18.6 million PLN, a 19 percent increase year-on-year. The company also noted growth in monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from HR software, including eRecruiter in Poland and softgarden in Germany.

Management attributed the growth to the effective implementation of artificial intelligence solutions, which have improved the accuracy of job matching and candidate engagement. Adjusted EBITDA reached 103 million PLN, a 12 percent increase. CEO Przemysław Gacek noted that the company’s 2030 strategy is progressing well, supported by a recovery in demand across various segments, including IT specialists. The recent acquisition of No Fluff Jobs is expected to further strengthen this position.
