Grupo Alubar opens 14 apprentice positions in Barcarena, Pará

Grupo Alubar, a Brazilian manufacturer of electrical cables and aluminum rebar, announced 14 openings for its Young Apprentice Program at the factory in Barcarena, Pará. Applicants must be between 14 and 24 years old, have at least ninth‑grade education or a high‑school diploma, and be able to work a four‑hour daily shift while attending technical classes.

Selected apprentices will rotate through operational and administrative areas such as Quality Control, Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, Human Resources, Purchasing and Communications, and will receive technical training in Industrial Process Assistance through Senai. The program runs for one year, after which participants earn a certificate. Benefits include a stipend, life insurance, meal and transport vouchers, and medical and dental coverage. Applications are accepted online via the company’s career portal until 29 July.
