Grupo Amil releases 2025 ESG Report highlighting inclusion and sustainability
Grupo Amil launched its 2025 ESG Report in July, presenting progress across environmental, social and governance areas. The document notes expanded diversity and inclusion actions, with more than 1,100 employees taking part in structured collectives addressing gender equity, cultural diversity, disability inclusion, LGBTQIAP+ rights, racial equity and inter‑generational diversity.
The company’s corporate volunteer program logged over 500 hours of work, directly benefiting around 1,000 people through campaigns, support for persons with disabilities and health‑related initiatives. For the fifth consecutive year Amil received the Racial Equality Seal from the São Paulo municipality, recognizing its ongoing equity efforts. On the environmental front, a newly created Corporate Environment Committee conducted 98 environmental diagnostics across hospitals, clinics and administrative sites, and implemented programs such as Aterro Zero to reduce landfill waste and promote material reuse.
