Grupo Argos launches ACE 1.0 program to boost value and double dividend

Grupo Argos announced the Argos Convergence Effort (ACE 1.0), a strategic plan aimed at closing the gap between its market price and fundamental value. The program targets a 70% increase in consolidated EBITDA—from $3.2 billion to $5.6 billion—within the next 24‑36 months, a doubling of the dividend per share and a total shareholder return (TSR) of 75%‑100%.

As part of ACE 1.0, the holding will consolidate its asset‑management activities under Grupo Argos Asset Management (formerly Odinsa), pursue fundraising from institutional investors and family offices, and keep a possible listing of Odinsa on the table. Additional actions include the sale of Pactia shopping‑centre assets, the spin‑off of its urban‑development business, and a new capital call to fund the construction of 5,000 homes in Barranquilla.
