Grupo Bafar expands Chihuahua distribution center with 650 million peso investment

Grupo Bafar has inaugurated an expanded distribution center (Cedis) in Chihuahua, representing an investment of approximately 650 million pesos. The project triples the facility's capacity, significantly strengthening the company's logistical infrastructure to support its ongoing growth and national presence.

Eugenio Baeza Fares, Director General and Chairman of the Board, stated that the expansion changes the scale of the company's operations and serves as a sign of confidence in the state of Chihuahua. The investment aims to improve customer service, expand product reach, and foster local talent and supplier development. This expansion is part of a broader logistical strengthening strategy initiated by the company during 2026.
