Grupo CPR expands real estate portfolio with Fazenda do Lago project
Grupo CPR, an engineering and development group, is significantly expanding its real estate portfolio with the Fazenda do Lago project in Abadiânia, Goiás. Located near Lake Corumbá IV and approximately 109 kilometers from Brasília, the development spans 2.8 million square meters of cerrado.
The masterplan for Fazenda do Lago includes 803 lots across seven phases, with individual plots ranging from 600 to 5,000 square meters. Marketed as a “world-class wellness club residence,” the project is planned to feature a marina, wave pool, golf course, stud farm, tennis courts, and a hotel.
The first phase, consisting of 472 lots, has been registered since August and has received municipal approval and installation licenses. Construction is currently focused on essential infrastructure, including earthmoving, road opening, drainage, and underground networks for energy, water, and fiber optics.
Founded by CEO Marlon Ceni, Grupo CPR has operated for over 15 years. While the Fazenda do Lago project represents a shift toward large-scale developments, the group’s existing portfolio includes boutique projects in São Paulo, such as townhouses in Morumbi and developments in Juquehy. Beyond real estate, the group provides engineering, maintenance, and facilities services for the oil and gas sectors, as well as consultancy for public-private partnerships.
