Grupo Dinosaurio inaugurates largest private solar park in Córdoba

Euclides Bugliotti, head of Grupo Dinosaurio, has inaugurated the Dinosaurio Solar Park in Deán Funes, Córdoba. This private photovoltaic complex is the largest of its kind in the province, covering 75 hectares and representing a U$S 30 million investment.

The facility has an installed capacity of 40 megawatts and utilizes 58,500 bifacial solar modules equipped with automatic trackers. It is designed to supply energy equivalent to approximately 25,000 homes. Excess energy is integrated into the provincial electrical grid through a compensation mechanism with the Empresa Provincial de Energía de Córdoba (Epec).

Bugliotti stated that the project aims to reduce operational costs for his companies, covering roughly 70% of their energy consumption. He also announced plans for a subsequent 20-megawatt project featuring battery storage in Carlos Paz.
