Grupo Gabín Fernández delivers 112 apartments in San Francisco de Macorís

Grupo Gabín Fernández has completed its largest housing delivery to date, handing over 112 apartments to families at the Ciudad Gabín I project in San Francisco de Macorís. This milestone surpasses the company’s previous record of 102 units delivered at the Ciudad Médica complex.

The delivery event, which included local authorities, financial institutions, and company executives, marks a significant moment for the developer, which is currently celebrating 30 years in the real estate and construction industry. Dilcio Gabín Santana, the company’s president and founder, expressed gratitude to the families who invested in the project during its early stages.

Homeowners expressed high levels of satisfaction with the acquisition process. One resident, Rafaelina Vélez, noted that the experience exceeded her expectations regarding security and support, stating she is already considering a second real estate investment with the company.
