Grupo IMU receives ‘Hecho en México’ certification
Grupo IMU, a company specializing in out-of-home (OOH) advertising, has received official authorization from the Secretariat of Economy to use the ‘Hecho en México’ (Made in Mexico) certification.
The recognition marks over 25 years of the company's presence in developing urban furniture infrastructure within Mexico. Since its founding in Oaxaca in 2001, the firm has transitioned from traditional advertising to a digital ecosystem, including digital out-of-home (DOOH) screens, large-format media, and services in transport zones and airports.
Marketing Director Ángel Romo stated that being a Mexican company provides deep knowledge of local urban movement and habits. The company's network includes providing free internet access at more than 1,000 bus stops across major metropolitan areas in the country.
