Grupo Rosul presents Izaya urban development project

During the 2026 Construction Week, Grupo Rosul presented the Izaya urban development project, highlighting its master plan and long-term vision for the southern metropolitan area of Guatemala City.

Spanning more than 150 hectares, the Izaya project focuses on integrating sustainability, mobility, urban infrastructure, and quality of life. The development is guided by three core principles: conserving before intervening, connecting before growing, and coordinating diverse land uses under a unified vision. The plan aims to articulate housing, commerce, logistics, services, and public spaces to support orderly city growth.

As part of the event, Grupo Rosul hosted a technical visit for industry professionals, allowing them to observe the execution of the master plan and the ongoing construction work on-site.
