Grupo Santa Maria invests US$10 million in Miraflores luxury housing

Grupo Santa Maria has launched Monogram, a new luxury residential project in the Miraflores district of Lima, representing a US$10 million investment. The boutique development will feature 42 apartments, including flat, duplex, and triplex formats, with units ranging from 82 m² to 169 m². The project is scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2028.

This development coincides with a positive trend in the Lima and Callao real estate markets. According to the Confederation of Real Estate Developers of Peru (Codip), new home sales in Metropolitan Lima and Callao increased by 26% in the first half of 2026 compared to the previous year.

Financing options for buyers in the region include traditional mortgage loans, with interest rates averaging around 7.8% as of April 2026, and the Mivivienda program. The Mivivienda program supports middle-income buyers by financing up to 90% of property values and offering bonuses for timely payments or sustainable building practices.
