Gruppo Fini receives approval for new warehouse in Ravarino

The Ravarino City Council has unanimously approved a change in land use to allow Gruppo Fini to construct a new warehouse. This project is a key component of the company’s 2026-2029 Industrial Plan, which involves investments exceeding 20 million euros focused on its Modena-based facility.

The new 14,500-square-meter structure will be built adjacent to the existing plant. By integrating logistics directly into the production site, the company aims to improve operational efficiency and reduce the need for external warehouse management. This shift is expected to decrease heavy vehicle traffic and reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 55 tons annually.

Additionally, the expansion includes energy sustainability measures, such as the installation of a photovoltaic system on the new warehouse roof. Once completed, the total photovoltaic capacity of the Ravarino site will reach approximately 1.4 MWp. The project also features new perimeter green zones and plantings.
