Gruppo Joelle expands salon network to over 300 locations
Gruppo Joelle has expanded from a family-run salon into an organized network of 320 to 330 affiliated salons. The group coordinates a community of approximately 1,500 professionals.
Founded on the hair coloring Degradé technique created by Claudio Mengoni, the company underwent a significant transformation in 2016 when the second generation, Susanna and Diego Mengoni, joined the business. This transition expanded the company's structure to include dedicated functions for digital marketing, human resources, economic management, and network development.
While the headquarters remains in the Marche region of Italy, the group maintains an international presence with locations in London, Switzerland, and Tenerife.
