GS Engineering & Construction signs financial MOU with Shinhan Bank

GS Engineering & Construction has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shinhan Bank to facilitate the reconstruction project of the Mokdong Complex 12 apartment complex in Seoul.

The partnership aims to establish a cooperative system for securing stable funding, including business expenses and relocation costs for union members. GS Engineering & Construction intends to leverage this financial cooperation alongside its technical design capabilities to strengthen its bid for the project.

To differentiate its proposal, GS Engineering & Construction is collaborating with global specialists, including Gensler for architectural design, EDSA for landscaping, and ARUP for structural safety. The company aims to transform the site into a landmark residential complex in the southwestern region of Seoul.
