GSM announces welfare benefits for female drivers

Pham Nhat Minh Hoang, CEO of GSM Global and GSM Vietnam, has announced specialized welfare policies for female drivers at Green SM. These benefits are provided in addition to standard legal maternity protections.

For permanent female drivers, the company offers a reduction of one standard working day per month. For those raising children under 12 months old, the reduction increases to three days per month. The company also includes cancer screening in its annual health check-up program for women. Financial incentives include a 500,000 VND gift upon childbirth and 200,000 VND gifts on International Women’s Day and Vietnamese Women’s Day.

GSM’s driver network in Vietnam consists of nearly 300,000 drivers, including over 50,000 permanent employees and approximately 250,000 partners. While permanent drivers receive full social and health insurance, partner drivers have access to entrance health checks, annual flu vaccinations, and support for illness or accidents.
