GTC reports significant commercial leasing growth in H1 2026
GTC, a commercial real estate investor and manager in Central and Eastern Europe, reported significant leasing growth in the first half of 2026. The company leased over 69,000 square meters of space, marking an increase of 14,000 square meters compared to the same period in 2025.
