GTIA launches Managed Intelligence Alliance for AI services

The Global Technology Industry Association (GTIA) has launched the Managed Intelligence Alliance, a vendor-neutral initiative designed to support IT service providers in delivering artificial intelligence to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The alliance focuses on establishing industry standards, frameworks, and accreditations to ensure that AI services are secure, scalable, and responsible. By creating practical guidelines, the program aims to help IT service providers transition from initial customer interest to repeatable, trustworthy AI service offerings.

Rob Rae, Corporate Vice President of Community and Ecosystems at Pax8, has assumed the role of chair. The alliance's operational leadership is held by Carlo Tortora Brayda, who serves as the Director of the Managed Intelligence Alliance. Founding members include Pax8, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Cynet, F1 Information Technologies, Lyra, New Charter, NinjaOne, Rev.io, and Sourcepass.
