GTT confirms 2026 financial targets despite revenue decline

GTT, a specialist in liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport technology, has confirmed its 2026 financial objectives following a 4.9% decline in revenue during the first nine months of the year. Revenue for this period fell to €570.1 million, a decrease the company attributes to a lower number of LNG carriers under construction due to fewer orders placed in 2025.

CEO François Michel noted that geopolitical disruptions in the Middle East have had a limited short-term impact on operations, causing a revenue shift of less than 2% as delivery dates align more closely with original contractual milestones. Despite the decline, GTT maintains its full-year revenue target between €740 million and €780 million, with a consolidated EBITDA expected between €490 million and €530 million.

In terms of governance, GTT announced that Philippe Berterottière will resign as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Catherine Ronge has been appointed as the new Chairwoman, effective November 16, 2026. Her fixed annual remuneration has been set at €350,000, consistent with existing company policy.
