Guadalajara to receive 154 affordable rental homes
The public entity Casa 47 has signed a contract for the architectural design of two residential developments in Guadalajara, Spain, which will provide 154 affordable rental homes. The contract was awarded to Lumo Arquitectos S.L.P. for 470,900 euros, excluding taxes.
The first project is located at Avenida del Juncal nº2, featuring a four-story building with 31 units (one and two bedrooms) and 31 parking spaces. The second project, located at Calle Acebeda nº15, will consist of 123 units across four floors plus a penthouse level, including 123 parking spaces, green areas, and community spaces.
The designs emphasize environmental sustainability through bioclimatic techniques and aim to reduce construction timelines by incorporating industrialization criteria in the building process.
