Guala Closures acquires G3 Enterprises equipment to boost wine cap production in Mexico

Guala Closures has reached an agreement to acquire the majority of G3 Enterprises' production equipment for aluminum screw caps used in wine. This strategic move aims to expand manufacturing capacity across North and Latin America.

The acquired equipment will be relocated to Guala’s plant in Rosarito, Mexico. This relocation is intended to shorten delivery times and improve supply chain responsiveness for clients in the United States and other regional markets.

Under the new arrangement, Guala Closures will serve as a supplier to G3, while G3 will transition into a distributor role, maintaining its existing customer relationships while leveraging Guala’s manufacturing scale and technology.
