Gualdo Tadino hosts ‘Barefoot in the Park’ screening at Rocca Flea

The second edition of the Lumière – Tutti i colori del cinema summer film festival will host a screening of the 1967 American comedy classic ‘Barefoot in the Park’ at the historic Rocca Flea in Gualdo Tadino. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, at 21:00.

Directed by Gene Saks and based on the play by Neil Simon, the film stars Robert Redford and Jane Fonda as a young couple navigating marital dynamics in Greenwich Village. The screening will be preceded by a critical introduction from curator Antonio Manzo and will include a wine tasting.

Gabriele Bazzucchi, the Councilor for Culture of Gualdo Tadino, noted that the project aims to combine the valorization of historical heritage with the spread of cinematic culture.
