Guardia Civil investigates driver in Jaén for reckless maneuvers on Instagram

The Guardia Civil is investigating a driver in Villacarrillo, Jaén, for alleged reckless driving and operating a vehicle without a license. The investigation was initiated after the individual posted videos of his maneuvers on Instagram.

The footage shows the suspect performing high-risk maneuvers on various motorcycles and a moped, including sudden accelerations and high-speed riding through an urban area populated by pedestrians and residential access points. Under the Spanish Penal Code, reckless driving that endangers lives can carry a prison sentence of two to five years.
