Guardia Civil investigates video of assault on minor in Moguer, Spain

The Spanish Guardia Civil is investigating the circulation of at least two videos that show a young girl being attacked by four other minors in Moguer, Huelva. In the recordings the assailants take turns punching, slapping and knee‑striking the victim while encouraging each other, and one girl is heard saying, "¡Me encantas, tía!".

The force has passed the material to the Judicial Police, which is now gathering evidence. No formal complaints have been filed yet, but the Minor Prosecutor's Office may act on its own initiative. The clips, initially spread through local social‑media networks and WhatsApp groups, are being progressively removed because they reveal the faces of the children involved. The incident follows heightened public sensitivity after the Sandra Peñas case, which sparked nationwide discussion on bullying and its lethal consequences.
