Guarujá police corporal detained after dispute with sex worker
A corporal from the Military Highway Police (PMRv) was taken to a police station in Guarujá, São Paulo, following a dispute during a sexual encounter. The service provider, a trans woman, reported that the officer refused to pay for additional services after making a specific request and subsequently attempted to assault her with a bottle.
According to reports, the individual exhibited aggressive behavior and appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. When police arrived, the corporal initially resisted providing identification and had to be handcuffed using moderate force to ensure safety. Both parties were taken to a medical center and then to the 2nd District Police Station.
Despite the allegations of aggression and threats, the duty delegate, Marco Antônio, stated that the facts presented did not constitute a criminal offense. The service provider declined to file a formal police report, and both individuals were released.
