Zitácuaro and Tegucigalpa report fatal traffic accidents

Multiple fatal traffic accidents have been reported in Mexico and Honduras.

In Zitácuaro, Michoacán, a 25-year-old man, identified as José Alberto S. G., died following a vehicle accident on a dirt road leading to Francisco Serrato. Emergency services responded to the scene near the Eva Sámano de López Mateos elementary school, where the victim was found deceased outside a white Chevrolet Uplander LS.

In Tegucigalpa, Honduras, a driver lost control of a truck on the Anillo Periférico near the El Dólar bridge, reportedly due to speeding and heavy rain. The vehicle struck a median and a tree, resulting in the driver's death. Additionally, a pedestrian identified as José López Contreras, 61, was killed after being struck near Casamata. The Hospital Escuela also reported several other deaths in its emergency area involving various causes.
