Guatemala cinema updates with new DreamWorks and Marvel releases

Guatemalan cinemas are updating their lineups this week with several new releases across different genres.

DreamWorks is releasing the animated film ‘La isla olvidada’, which follows two best friends who discover a mysterious portal to a fantastical island called Nakali, inspired by Philippine folklore.

Additionally, the action film ‘Heart of the Beast’, starring Brad Pitt, arrives in theaters. The story follows a Special Forces officer and his combat dog as they struggle to survive extreme conditions in the Alaskan wilderness. Marvel also returns to screens with ‘Avengers: Endgame Bonus’, featuring additional content.
