Guatemala launches digital tools to support SMEs and entrepreneurs

The Chamber of Industry of Guatemala (CIG) has launched ICC One Click, a digital platform developed by the International Chamber of Commerce to assist micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MIPYMES) in accessing international markets. The multilingual portal provides market intelligence, regulatory guidance, logistics information, and assistance in identifying reliable commercial partners to reduce export risks.

In a separate initiative focused on digital empowerment, Tigo Guatemala, in collaboration with Sheva and the Women's Circle of the Chamber of Commerce, conducted training workshops for entrepreneurs. These sessions, primarily targeting women, focused on strategic social media use, professional product photography, and digital tools to enhance online presence and economic competitiveness.
