Guatemala squash delegation competes in Pan American Championship

The Guatemalan squash delegation is participating in the XXVII Pan American Squash Championship in Asunción, Paraguay. The national athletes began their competition on Saturday, August 15, in the women's and men's individual categories.

In the women's division, Tabita Gaitán opened the competition with a match against Bolivia's Andrea Fuertes. Winifer Bonilla also competed in the opening rounds, facing Costa Rica's Abigail Brewer. The tournament provides a significant international platform for the Guatemalan representatives to demonstrate their preparation and advance through the competition brackets.
