Guatemalan banking associations host CLADE 2026 talent congress

The Guatemalan Association of Human Resources Professionals (AGH) and the Guatemalan Banking Association (ABG), through the Banking School of Guatemala (EBG) and in partnership with the Latin American Federation of Banks (FELABAN), held the 2026 Latin American Human Talent Development Congress (CLADE).

The event focused on how emerging trends, particularly artificial intelligence, are transforming financial organizations and the future of workforce management in the region. Key discussion topics included the impact of AI on human talent, utilizing senior talent as a competitive advantage, financial well-being, leadership under pressure, sustainable transformation, and corporate intrapreneurship.

Participants included leaders from various institutions such as BLADEX, the Superintendency of Banks (SIB), BANRURAL, and BANTRAB. The congress serves to strengthen the cooperation alliance between these organizations to foster knowledge exchange and professional training within the banking sector.
