Guayaquil Property Registry to renovate Crillon Building service point
The Guayaquil Property Registry will begin a comprehensive renovation of its service point in the Crillon Building starting Tuesday, August 25. The project aims to improve accessibility and comfort, specifically for elderly citizens, persons with disabilities, and other priority groups.
Due to the construction, the office located in the Rosendo Avilés passage, opposite the Municipal Palace, will temporarily suspend services. The renovation includes the installation of climate control systems and new furniture, with works expected to conclude during the first half of October.
During the renovation period, services will continue uninterrupted at other locations: the main office at General Córdova 918, the Garzota agency in the CNEL building, and the service point at the Chamber of Construction.
