Gucci Mane releases 18th studio album ‘Against All Odds’

Gucci Mane has released his 18th studio album, titled ‘Against All Odds’. The 17-track project is described as a reflection on his career longevity and his journey from federal incarceration to his status as a hip-hop mogul.

The album features a variety of guest appearances, including R&B artist Summer Walker on ‘Last night in ATL’ and his son, Ice Davis, on the track ‘Priorities’. Production contributions include work from Mike WiLL Made-It and Zaytoven, utilizing a soundscape characterized by heavy drum programming and minor-key piano chords.

Lyrically, the album appears to address personal and professional tensions. Tracks such as ‘Back Against The Wall’, ‘Y’all Make Me Sick’, and ‘Fucc errybody’ suggest an unapologetic tone. The release follows his previous work, ‘Episodes’, which explored his experiences with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
