Głuchów car collision requires medical helicopter transport

A serious two-car collision occurred in Głuchów, within the Pogorzela municipality, involving four people. A 9-year-old girl required urgent medical assistance, necessitating the dispatch of an Air Ambulance (LPR) helicopter to the scene.

Preliminary investigations by the Gostyń police suggest the accident happened at a marked intersection when a driver in a Toyota failed to yield the right of way to an Opel Corsa traveling on the main road. The driver of the Toyota, a citizen of Uzbekistan, reportedly disregarded or failed to notice an A-7 yield sign. Both drivers were sober at the time of the incident, and police are continuing to investigate the exact circumstances of the crash.
