Guerra the Belgian Malinois assists earthquake relief in Colombia

Guerra, a Belgian Malinois from Marinilla, Antioquia, has gained widespread attention for her role in humanitarian relief efforts following an earthquake on August 10. Previously known on social media for assisting in a local shop by carrying products in her mouth, the dog joined a relief caravan to support affected communities in the Valle del Cauca region.

Accompanied by her caretaker, Santiago Giraldo, Guerra traveled to the municipalities of El Cairo and Argelia to assist in distributing supplies. Giraldo reported that the dog actively participated in the process by picking up bags of canned goods and paper products during the unloading of trucks.

The initiative, which involved the Manos Unidas foundation and the Marinilla Mayor's office, aims to continue relief work in other regions, including Chocó and Caldas.
