In Guerrero, Esthela Damián Peralta, an aspirant to coordinate the Fourth Transformation Committees, held a forum titled ‘La chaviza en el Guerrero del Futuro’ to engage with students, athletes, and creators. Damián Peralta criticized ‘adultocracia’ in government and proposed a ‘Primer Empleo’ (First Job) program. This initiative aims to provide tax incentives to local companies that hire recent graduates, alongside training and credit schemes. The focus is on preventing talent flight by boosting local agroindustry, technology, and the arts for citizens aged 12 to 29.
In Michoacán, Deputy Nalleli Pedraza Huerta emphasized that younger generations must be active participants in shaping public initiatives. She highlighted recent legislative reforms in the state that allow citizens as young as 18 to run for deputy positions, ensuring that those old enough to vote also have the opportunity to represent their communities.
