Guest House breaks track record in San Domenico Stakes victory

The three-year-old colt Guest House secured a dominant victory in the Group 3 San Domenico Stakes at Rosehill, breaking the track record with a time of 1:02.41. Ridden by jockey Zac Lloyd, the horse won by 1.25 lengths, defeating the favorite Blue Door.

Co-trained by Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr, Guest House is a $30 million acquisition for Coolmore. This win marks the first time a Golden Slipper winner has claimed the San Domenico Stakes since 1991. Following this performance, the colt is considered a strong contender for a slot in the $20 million Everest race on October 17.
