Guidotti Ships lists on Euronext Growth Milan, raising €6.4 million in IPO

On 28 July 2026, Guidotti Ships S.p.A., a specialist maritime services operator active across the Mediterranean, completed an initial public offering on Euronext Growth Milan under the ticker GDT. The issue price was set at €2.30 per share, generating €6.4 million in gross proceeds and marking the exchange’s 53rd listing of the year.

The company operates a proprietary fleet of 11 multi‑purpose vessels offering offshore assistance, marine surveying, pollution response and seasonal passenger transport. CEO Domenico Guidotti said the capital raise will accelerate fleet expansion, fund new services and reinforce the firm’s support for national and international partners.
