Guillermo Almada leads Club América to undefeated start

Guillermo Almada has overseen a strong start as the new head coach of Club América, leading the team to undefeated status in his first five matches with four wins and one draw. This statistical start surpasses the initial record of his predecessor, André Jardine.

Almada has received praise from players like Ramón Juárez for his commitment to integrating youth academy players into the first team. Recent debuts under his management include midfielders Ícaro Conceicao and striker Alejandro Cárdenas, the latter of whom has already scored in Liga MX.

Despite the team's current success as leaders in both Liga MX and the Leagues Cup, Almada indicated that the club is looking to complete the squad by signing two or three important reinforcements to prepare for upcoming competitions, including the Concacaf Champions Cup.
