Guillermo Poma Municipal Swimming Pool reopens in Jujuy

The Guillermo Poma Municipal Swimming Pool, located in San Martin Park, has officially reopened following a comprehensive renovation process. The project, which has been developing over the last three years, included significant improvements to bathrooms, changing rooms, and the pool's interior lining.

Mayor Raul “Chuli” Jorge supervised the works, noting that the new coating is designed to reduce maintenance costs and improve safety. The facility features a heated pool and is intended to serve a wide demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and emergency services such as firefighters and police.

The facility will operate from 7:30 to 22:00, offering swimming lessons, aquagym, and rhythm classes. The reopening aims to provide improved recreational conditions and an early start to the summer season for the local community.
