Guinea: Religious ceremonies held to pray for national peace and President Doumbouya

Religious ceremonies involving Quran readings were held in Guinea to pray for national stability and the leadership of President Mamadi Doumbouya.

In Dubréka, deputies from the 10th legislature organized a large-scale session involving imams from various localities. The event aimed to seek blessings for peace, prosperity, and the health of President Doumbouya, as well as the success of the parliamentary mission. The gathering included religious dignitaries, community leaders, and regional representatives.

Separately, residents of Tron living in Conakry organized a ceremony to mark the establishment of Sabadou-Baranama as a new prefecture. Participants offered prayers for the country's prosperity and stability, the health of President Doumbouya, and the local development of the Tron region and its new administrative status.
