Guinea trains ministerial advisors for Simandou 2040

In Guinea, more than 60 ministerial advisors participated in a training session focused on transformational leadership and emotional intelligence on September 15, 2026. Organized by the Ministry of Modernization of Administration and Civil Service through the National School of Administration (ENA), the program aims to enhance organizational performance and support the implementation of the Simandou 2040 program.

The training, led by Professor Nathalie Rinfret, emphasizes self-awareness and managerial skills to increase the influence of advisors within their respective ministries. Mamadou Barry, Director General of the ENA, noted that these capacity-building efforts are strategic components of the government's broader vision for the Simandou 2040 initiative.
