Guinness heist: 70,000 pints stolen from Cheshire depot

Thieves stole approximately 70,000 pints of Guinness, valued at €133,000, from a depot in Cheshire, England. The heist involved the theft of two HGV trailers containing 880 barrels on August 31. The total value of the stolen goods and trailers is estimated at roughly £205,000.

Police recovered the two trailers during the first week of September. Investigators have released CCTV footage of the two drivers involved and are appealing for public assistance to identify them. Authorities have warned the public to be cautious of anyone attempting to sell stolen kegs.
