Guise: Two women convicted for abusing 18-year-old guest

The Saint-Quentin Judicial Court has convicted two women for the physical abuse of an 18-year-old woman during a five-day stay in Guise in July 2024. The victim, referred to as Anne, suffered various forms of violence while staying with friends, including being struck, strangled, and subjected to degrading treatment involving water and waste.

Medical examinations following the incident confirmed multiple hematomas on the victim's body. While a man was also prosecuted for breach of trust regarding the unauthorized use of the victim's bank card, he was acquitted of those charges.
