Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel visits New Jersey

Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel is conducting a visit to the United States as part of the Vibrant Gujarat initiative. During his trip to New Jersey, Patel visited the BAPS Swaminarayan Akshardham in Robbinsville, where he was welcomed by religious leaders and toured the site, including the Akshardham Museum currently under construction.

Patel praised the institution for showcasing India’s spiritual and cultural heritage to an international audience. Additionally, the Gujarati American community in New Jersey is hosting a reception at the Carteret Performing Arts Center themed “Garvi Gujarat, Global New Jersey.” The event, co-hosted by Edison Township Mayor Sam Joshi and Parsippany–Troy Hills Mayor Pulkit Desai, is expected to draw approximately 2,000 attendees and will be broadcast live to Gujarat.
